Why We Win

Since the inception of CTS Motorsport in 2016 we have worked incredibly hard to build a strong reputation and ever-growing customer base.

Specialising in Caterhams and Ginettas CTS Motorsport looks after cars in the various Caterham Motorsport championships, Caterham Graduates Racing Club (CGRC) and the Toyo Tires 7 Race Series.

2017 saw the beginning of success for the team resulting in a second overall finish in the Caterham Motorsport 270R Championship, as well as one of our upgrade and maintenance customers becoming the Caterham Roadsport Champion.

About CTS Motorsport Winners

As a team we took the Ginetta paddock by storm in 2020, winning the championship with a round to spare, never finishing lower than second! We were also the first team to achieve championship status in the G40 Cup in our first season.

2018 and 2019 saw CTS Motorsport secure back to back championships in the Caterham Graduates Racing Club (CGRC) Sigma class.

2020 welcomed plenty of silverware across three series, five different classes and ten different drivers. Not only this, but CTS took the Ginetta paddock by storm, winning the championship with a round to spare, never finishing lower than second.

The success continued into 2021 with third place in the CGRC Sigma 150 Class. During 2022 the team proved yet again just how strong it is. With an unbeaten record in the CGRC Sigma 135 Championship, during which CTS-supported Jamie Winrow claimed 16 wins from 16 races, the team steered its way to the championship title, as well as securing third place in Sigma 135 with Richard Groom. 2022 saw much success throughout the CGRC, with the team also claiming the Sigmax title and runner-up spot in CGRC Sigma 150, courtesy of Max Haynes and Ben Winrow, respectively.

In 2023, the team secured the top three positions in the CGRC Sigma 135 Championship, with Ben Wheatley, Richard Groom and Giles Derry, as well as third place in the CGRC Sigma 150 Championship. After returning to the Caterham Motorsport paddock, 2023 also marked another championship victory, with the team’s Caterham Academy driver, Dan Neale, claiming the championship title in his first season of racing. More recently, in 2024 the team has just secured championship status once again, and for the third year in succession, in the CGRC Sigma 135 Championship with CTS newcomer Paul Goldstein, as well as third place once again with Giles Derry. The team also claimed CGRC 135 Trophy Championship status with former champion Jamie Winrow. After a competitive season in the Caterham Motorsport 270R Championship, the team also secured runner-up spot with Ryan Wilby.

It is this hard work and dedication that we always strive to deliver to each and every customer.

If however, your car is a road car, we also have the ability to care for this, working to the original Caterham service schedule as well as above and beyond this to ensure your pride and joy leaves us in pristine condition.
